Mr. S.N. Gupta is the Chairman of Bharat Certis AgriScience Ltd. (Formerly Bharat Insecticides Ltd.) since inception. He has more than 4 decades of experience in the field of manufacturing of pesticides. He is one of the pioneers in this arena in India. He started his independent business of manufacturing of pesticides in the year 1977 as a proprietorship and later on converted it into company namely Bharat Insecticides Ltd. He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce; a Post-Graduation in Economics. His area of specialization includes International business, Overall Marketing Strategy and Corporate Planning.

Mr. M.P. Gupta is a Director of Bharat Certis AgriScience Ltd (Formerly Bharat Insecticides Limited) since its inception in 1982. He is a graduate in Commerce and has rich experience of 38 years of the Crop Protection Product Business. He has contributed immensely to the growth of the Organization with his skills in banking, finance, accounts, taxation and administration.

He has played significant role in establishing the Kathua (J&K) manufacturing facility, the second in line, of the Bharat Certis AgriScience Ltd. company in 2005 which has helped in organization’s growth in leaps and bounds. His marketing Skills and knowledge of the diverse Agro-climatic scenarios has helped in establishing the products with the farming community.

Mr. M. P. Gupta also hold a Director’s positon with Bharat Rasayan Limited , one of the Fortune 500 Companies of India. Bharat Rasayan Limited Manufactures Technical grade Pesticides.

As one of the Promoters of the Bharat Group of companies, Mr. Rajendra Prasad Gupta has been a Whole-Time Director of Bharat Rasayan Limited since its inception and brings over 35 years of rich experience in the crop protection industry.

His journey began immediately after completing his education, when he joined the Bharat Group with a vision to contribute, learn, and create lasting value. Over the years, through unwavering commitment, deep technical expertise, and strategic leadership, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the Bharat Group's growth and strengthening its position in the Indian Agri-input industry.

Today, as one of the Directors of Bharat Certis AgriScience Ltd., Mr. Gupta continues to inspire the organization with his vast industry knowledge, forward-looking perspective, and steadfast commitment to empowering Indian agriculture through innovation, quality, and sustainable growth.
